Cycling has an all round benefits, heath, environment and personal finance, and it is no wonder that the number of people cycling is increasing.

Great list, thanks for that. One of the best tours i've been on is one of Mark Staffords. Great accomodation and a very good service overall, he gives great advice on both biking and fitness, as well as safety.
